I am honored to work with amazing humans as they grow their families – from preconception and fertility work, to pregnancy, birth, lactation, and early parenting – I teach classes based on self-hypnosis, mindfulness, and relaxation as vital life skills for the journey. I am also a Master Trainer with HypnoBirthing International, working with talented birth professionals around the world as they grow their careers. In a nutshell, I educate the heck out of people.

For almost two decades, this has been my gig. And I must tell you…it’s a pretty sweet gig.
